Partnering With Districts to Make AI Practical, Ethical, and Effective

We’re Still in the Classroom—So We Know What Works

We’re Not Just Talking About AI in Education—We’re Living It.

At T.E.A.C.H., we proudly wear two hats:
- K-12 educators working in Virginia public schools
- AI consultants supporting districts across the country

This dual role keeps us grounded. We understand the policies, the ever-changing initiatives, the assessments, and the overwhelming pace educators are expected to keep up with—because we’re in it, too.

💡 Our vision is rooted in one belief:

We must prepare students for a future shaped by AI—ethically, responsibly, and effectively.

T.E.A.C.H.

That’s why we don’t believe in fighting AI.
We believe in adapting curriculum, instruction, and assessment so AI becomes a tool for equity, efficiency, and empowerment—not a threat.

T.E.A.C.H. is helping districts:
✔️ Use AI to reduce teacher burnout
✔️ Responsibly handle student data and uphold privacy standards
✔️ Build instructional and assessment models that work with AI, not against it
✔️ Deliver staff PD that actually meets educators where they are

We’re not here to sell hype.

We’re here to lead a movement—powered by humanity, guided by ethics, and fueled by real K-12 experience.

This photo pretty much sums up our dedication to spreading the T.E.A.C.H. message across Virginia.

Was this the only vehicle left at our local Enterprise? Yes.
Was there anything wrong with it? Not at all.
Was it a little small for two tall guys on a 4–5 hour road trip? …Also yes. 😅

But when you’ve got a vision to reduce teacher burnout, boost student success, and help schools use AI responsibly, you squeeze in and hit the road anyway.

We may not have had legroom, but we had purpose—and that’s what drives us (literally).

👋 Let’s connect. Let’s build. Let’s TEACH.

Cheers,

Tyler Hunt and Cary Wright
