🎉 Wrapping Up the Week: AI, Lesson Plans & Game-Changing Tools!
AI-Powered Teaching: Transforming Lesson Plans, Research & Assessments!
TGIF, Educators! 🎉
What a week it's been for T.E.A.C.H. LLC! We’ve been traveling across Virginia (virtually and in person), presenting at VITAL, collaborating with Virtual Virginia, and helping districts harness AI-powered lesson planning, assessment creation, and research strategies. This week, we also worked with a Virginia school district to design K-2 performance-based report cards, using AI to create clear, standards-aligned rubrics and assessments that measure student growth meaningfully. Whether you were in the room with us or catching up through this newsletter, here’s a quick recap of how AI is transforming education—one strategic move at a time.
🔹 Aligning AI-Generated Lesson Plans with Standards & Differentiation
We explored how AI can take lesson planning to the next level by ensuring every objective is aligned with state standards, including the new 2023 History Standards. Our conversations focused on making curriculum planning more efficient, more effective, and more engaging—all while ensuring differentiation for diverse learners.

🔹 Game-Changing AI Research Strategies
Research doesn't have to be a time-consuming headache! We showcased some of the best AI-powered tools to streamline workflows:
📌 Perplexity, Google Gemini, and ChatGPT’s Deep Learning for high-quality research synthesis.
📌 Napkin.AI for creating stunning visuals to enhance engagement.
📌 Gamma.app for turning research into polished presentations that bring ideas to life!

🔹 Conversations That Matter: AI & Virginia Educators
One of the highlights of the week? The insightful discussions we had with educators about using AI to align their instruction with standards. From K-12 teachers revamping lessons to districts exploring AI-powered differentiation, the message was clear—AI isn’t replacing great teaching; it’s making it more effective.
We’re incredibly grateful for the engaging conversations, thoughtful questions, and innovative ideas we’ve exchanged this week. If you’re still wondering how AI can fit into your lesson planning, rubric creation, or research process, let’s talk!
