From Local Impact to Statewide Reach: AI PD in Motion
See where we've been, where we are going, and how to bring us to your district next.
Summer is in full swing—and so are we.
At T.E.A.C.H., we’re working shoulder to shoulder with Virginia educators to launch AI solutions that actually work in classrooms, admin offices, and division-wide systems. Below are some highlights from the field, upcoming events you can join, and ways we can support your school or district this summer or in the 2025–26 school year.
Where We’ve Been:
Roanoke County Public Schools (Admin Retreat – June 5)
We led a high-impact breakout session for school leaders at the Salem Civic Center. In just 30 minutes, we showed how AI can streamline walkthroughs, enhance instructional support, and deliver real-time data that strengthens leadership—not just compliance. We’re booking this session format now for other admin teams!

Where We’re Going:
Richmond City Public Schools
We’re preparing a full-day pre-service PD (August 4) for over 100 educators, focused on AI-enhanced lesson planning, assessment strategies, and supports for CTE and health science pathways.
AI Ready RVA Teacher Workshop (VCU College of Engineering – July 23rd)
More than 250 teachers are already registered! We’ll lead five engaging sessions focused on safe AI use, lesson design, differentiation, and protecting student data. This is shaping up to be one of the summer’s most energizing events.
Pulaski County Public Schools – PLX (July 23)
We’ll present five sessions at the Pulaski Learning Expo, covering practical AI strategies that save time, reduce burnout, and support student learning. Follow-up conversations are in the works for leadership-level training.
Washington County Public Schools (July 15th)
We’re thrilled to be part of Washington County’s “Sharpen Your Ax” Summer Professional Conference on July 15!
T.E.A.C.H. will lead a live session titled, “AI Tools to Lighten the Load: Smarter Teaching, Stronger Outcomes” designed to help teachers kick off the year with clarity and confidence. Our session will focus on real-life ways to use AI for lesson planning, instructional support, and saving time without sacrificing quality.
We’re proud to partner with Washington County as they explore thoughtful, secure ways to bring AI into the classroom—and we can’t wait to support their educators on this journey.
